The GF01, and GF03 are cast steel, OS&Y gate valves to suit industrial applications such as cooling water, hydrocarbon transfer, chemical feed, and steam in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and manufacturing industries. The GF01 and GF03 are suitable for applications requiring NACE and available with various trims to suit corrosive liquid, and gas applications.

  • As per ASME B16.34 for Class 150 and Class 300 Cast Steel Valves

Design & Construction

  • WCB, WCB (NACE), CF8M, or LCC (NACE) body
  • OS&Y design
  • Bolted bonnet
  • Rising stem (non-rising handwheel)
  • Trim 8, 5, 10 or 12
  • Copper alloy stem nut (standard), A439 D2 stem nut (NACE)
  • Flexible wedge and welded HF seat rings
