The E5600-OSV is a high performance knife gate valve configured specifically for demanding processes in the oil sands industry. Upgrades to this variant include an LCC body with low friction coating, 17-4PH H900 gate with HVOF chrome carbide tip and rotatable wear rings with tungsten carbide overlay for use on hydro-transport, slurry, and tailings lines. The E5600-OSV can be further customized to suit the individual needs of specific installations.

Position Sensors
Position sensors utilize proximity probes and a magnetic target to detect the valve position and provide reliable feedback to a control system. Mounting directly to the yoke and detecting the position of the gate provides a more reliable solution than cylinder mounted switches. Hazardous area versions are available.
