High Performance

Butterfly Valve

The High Performance BFV is designed specifically for use in aggressive applications in the chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and water treatment industries. The double-offset configuration with conical angled disc design provides a low torque, tight shut-off solution that provides high flow characteristics. The High Performance BFV is suitable for high pressure, high temperature, and high cycle applications.

Features & Benefits

  • Double-offset configuration with conical angled disc maximizes flow and minimizes resistance to provide high Cv
  • Internal travel stop minimizes possible seat damage improving reliability
  • Graphite packing provides high temperature resistance
  • Compatibility with standard gasket and spiral wound gasket designs eases installation
  • ISO 5211 mounting pattern allows direct mounting of various actuation options including bevel gear, pneumatic, and electric actuators
  • Wafer or lugged flange styles accommodate various installation types
  • Hand lever with notch plate and lock-out provision provides operator and maintenance safety
